Welcome to our beautiful cosy little Hampton's style haven! Our townhouse is located close to the beach, public transport, great local restaurants & all the tourist attractions. You'll feel right at home with your own private bedroom, bathroom & toilet, and you're more than welcome to join us in the living and dining spaces, cook up something delicious in the kitchen or relax on the porch. Our 2 beautiful dogs, Ollie & Brinkley, are always excited to make new friends too. Welcome to the GC! 1x PRIVATE BEDROOM - you'll have your own space with plenty of cupboard room for luggage or shopping, a comfy full sized bed, aircon/fans & a lovely styled setting. 1x PRIVATE BATHROOM - imagine a large tub and a full sized shower with plenty of space to get ready for a fun day of sight seeing or a night out! SHARED SPACES - our kitchen is equipped with everything for cooking a great meal and enjoying a delicious glass of wine! The dining table is large enough for 6 people comfortably and our lounge room has a 3-seater couch, large rug and additional seating options available. Of course there is a large flat screen tv but there is also beautiful scenery around to be enjoyed by sitting out on the sun chairs as the sunsets on the porch too! We live in the house too so we'll often have a cup of coffee or a glass of wine to talk about your adventures and share some local advice and insight too. OUR DOGS - Ollie & Brinkley are our puppies and they are indoor/outdoor dogs so there is a dog-door, dog beds, dog toys and such around. We're forever vacuuming and cleaning to ensure the house is as clean as possible (as it really is brand new!) and our pups are kept as clean as possible too. They're beautifully natured dogs who love to snuggle, lick and hang around with friends old and new! As we will in the property all areas are accessible to guests with main kitchen, dinning and lounge area on the ground floor and bedrooms upstairs. Ryan & I live in the house so we'll be around morning & night. We'll try to be there to check you in & show you around. With relaxed work hours we are often in & out during the day too, so we'll hope to see you around! Our neighbourhood is awesome! Park - across the street! Coffee, cafes, restaurants - at the end of the street! Beach - 500m - 1 min drive | 7 min walk Shops - 1.8km - 4 min drive | 20 min walk Harbour Town Outlets - 2km - 5 min drive Surfers Paradise - 10km - 20 min drive Theme parks - 20km - 20 min drive Broadbeach/Pacific Fair - 13km - 25 min drive Central to public transport with a bus stop 350m walk away and both a train station/G Link light rail 8km or 13 min drive away. Plenty of walking routes around with the beachfront just around the corner and plenty of parks nearby. If you want to easily see GC and Brisbane, we would recommend hiring a car. There is plenty of street parking - including right out the front of our little home! ADDITIONAL BED AVAILABLE - we have a high quality fold out double bed with a double layer mattress so if you're travelling as a family or a group of 3-4 you can definitely all fit comfortably. Fold out bed is located in the study, another private space. Charges will apply for the additional guest bedroom and space used as a second room. This listing is for the use of 1Xbedroom amenities, if you are staying with friends or family please ensure you are comfortable with the 1 room option before booking as use of the second bedroom additional charges will apply.
