Relaxation pure! A peaceful, warm and cosy place to stay in the heart of Cornwall. Central location with only 12 minutes drive to the beach, south west costal path, 10 minutes to Falmouth,Truro and Redruth. A beautiful log fire ( logs supplied ) as well as central heating. Under covered patio area with bbq. Easily accessible garden for the Dogs ( doggie door fitted). Old miners cottage, built in the 18th century, set in a 'no through road' possition on the outskirts of Carharrack village. An extention was added on 1950 where the kitchen is now located (ground floor), 2nd bedroom and bathroom up stairs. Carharrack has a small shop for essential supplies as well as a Chinese takeaway. St Day is only 3 minutes drive away (15 minute walk) where there are 2 small supermarkets (premiere and Londis), post office, butchers and a launderette if needed. The surroundings are quiet, with ideal small local walks. With the old minors trail running past the village, Carn Marth and Bissoe, (both only a few minutes drive away) there are plenty of beautiful nature reserves and areas of outstanding beauty to explore within a stones throw from the front door. With its own driveway, there is plenty of parking for up to 2 cars.
