Lovely studio near sandy beach

Our studio is on the groundfloor of our country house, on a quiet village street with sea views.Stylish decoration, fully equiped kitchen, nice front terrace, wi-fi. 5 min. walk from lovely sandy beach, cafes, restaurants.Ideal for peaceful holidays. The studio is part of our country house, made with natural materials. Wooden floors, lime-washed walls, tadelact bath. There is a built-in double bed, and a fully equiped kitchen. The front outdoor terrace has a nice sitting area for alfresco dining and breakfast. It overlooks a little quiet village street with sea views.You are also welcome to share our beautiful garden with us. The studio and its front terrace are private with an independent entrance. At the back of the house there is our organic garden with lots of fruit trees. When we are at home you are welcome to visit. We will do our best to make sure you have a lovely stay. We will provide all the necessary information about things to do and places to visit, recommend our favourite spots, help you with whatever you need to know according to your needs and interests. Most probably we will be able to pick you up upon your arrival. Finikas is a little village by the sea. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, with few houses around and lots of countryside. However, the studio is ideally located, as within short walking distance you can find all you need: lovely sandy beaches, nice beachfront cafes and restaurants, the best bakery on the island, press agency, butcher's, pharmacy...Also, a sailing marina and a little fishing port where you can buy fresh fish straight from the boat. Other beaches and villages are 2-5km, easily accesible by bus. The port town of Ermoupolis is 9km away, and there are frequent buses. The bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the house and there is regular service to other villages and the town. In case you prefer to rent a car or bike, there is parking space outside.
