Plenty of luxury towels will also be provided. Extremely large welcoming living and dining room with woodburner (all fuel will be provided) and large dining table comfortably seating 8 people. Luxury shaker style kitchen complete with all utensils and 6 burner gas range cooker. Guests are guaranteed to be cosy with our ultra-modern, sustainable wood pellet boiler with full central heating throughout and underfloor heating to the bathrooms and kitchen. Satellite TV, WiFi and Naim sound system available for your use. Large family bathroom complete with roll top bath and walk in rain shower. One double bedroom has own dedicated en-suite with shower. There is also a small toilet in the hall. Large maintained gardens, lots of private parking. Outdoor fire pit, stone pizza oven and hammock!! The house is for sole use of guests. If you need anything at all we can be contacted by phone or email. To the rear of the house we have a porch that does not form part of the rental. This room is sealed off from the house and is home to our two beautiful Russian Blue cats Belle and Stanley. You will not be able to see the cats, however from time to time you may hear them. The house is in the countryside yet very close to the city. Beautiful location that gives the best of both worlds. Our home is a ten minute walk to the Edinburgh tramline providing direct access to Edinburgh City Centre . We are only a 5 minute drive to airport & local train stations (South Gyle and Edinburgh Park). There is a fantastic local pub 5 minute drive away which has an excellent bistro restaurant We are close to the following, Airport - 5 min by car Train station - 5 min by car. Tram - 10 minute walk. Access to the city by train is 10 minutes and tram 25 min. We have a private car park and storage for bikes if required
