My home in South Jakarta

Strategically located in South Jakarta, easy access to the CBD area and Jakarta Outer Ring Road. Close to Kemang, the trendiest area in Jakarta. It is a place you can call a home in Jakarta. Guests are welcomed to use faciltieis such as swimming poo, gym, playground, three holes mini golf course. I will be able to be contacted via (Hidden by Airbnb) during the day, and I will try to respond to guests' enquires at the soonest possible. If there is any urgent matter in the evening, I will try my best to attend to guests' enquiries as soon as possible. The apartment building is located very close to Kemang, the trendiest neighborhood in South Jakarta, where the trendiest cafes and restaurants are located. The apartment compound is strategically located on a main street that goes to the CBD areas and also to the Outer Ring Road Tol that goes to the International Airport. It takes about 30 minutes (10 Kms) to get to the Sudirman CBD area by car from my apartment on a normal traffic condition. It takes approximately 50 minutes (38 Kms) from Soekarno-Hatta International Airport by car to reach my apartment. There is a mall in the neighborhood, which only takes about 6 minutes walking from my apartment. There is TransJakarta bus stop that is located about 500 mtr away from the apartment compound. The route goes from Ragunan Zoo to Dukuh Atas, passed through Kuningan CBD area and Sudirman CBD area. 1. Guests are responsible for keeping their own items secure. The Owner does not take responsibility for any lost items. 2. Guests must take all their personal possessions at the end of their stay. 3. Guests must immediately report any loss of keys (door key/access card) to the Owner. 4. Guests are not permitted to bring drugs, narcotics or other illegal items in the unit. 5. Guests must not keep inflammable items in the unit. 6. Guests are not permitted to using profanity or engaging in unsafe, illegal, disruptive or offensive behavior. 7. Guests must not do anything that is a nuisance to the residents of the Gardenia Boulevard Apartment. 8. Guests must keep noises to a minimum. 9. Smoking is not permitted inside the unit. 10. Guests must not bring any pets into the unit/apartment compound. 11. Guests must not allow any rubbish to build up inside the unit, and all rubbish must be placed in the rubbish bins provided. 12. The Owner does not provide daily cleaning services. 13. Guests must not place trash bags outside the unit’s door. There are big rubbish bins on every floor in the building, located at the end of the hallway on each floor. 14. Guests must not move or damage any furniture, equipment, or wall hangings. 15. Guests are required to keep the room, kitchen, living room, and bathroom clean and tidy. 16. Guests must not do anything that will make the Owner’s insurance invalid. 17. Guests must follow the regulations of the Building Management when using common facilities (lobby, swimming pool, fitness center, play ground, etc.) 18. Tap water is not suitable for drinking. Do use water from water dispenser for drinking.
