Les Papillons - a typical French village house

A nicely renovated spacious house situated in the quiet and peaceful village if Allonne in the Deux Sevres not far from Poitiers. A department with a typically rural French environment. The house is a typical French village house with rear courtyard parking, terrace and large sunny garden. In the immediate area there is a network of quiet lanes perfect for walking or cycling. Not far from the house is a bar restaurant 'Le Regal'on' where meals are served every day except Mondays. The interesting town of Parthenay is about 15 minutes drive away. The near small town of Secondigny has a supermarket, pharmacy, hairdresser, post office and bank. The owners are available by email or phone but the owners of the bar restaurant are on hand if there are any queries or problems. There are lots of interesting places to visit within easy driving distance including the theme parks of Puy du Fou and Futuroscope. Also, La Rochelle on the coast is about one hour away. A car is required.
