Villa Punyan

Featuring a beautiful pool, this villa is the perfect place for those looking for an authentic Bali experience whilst within walking distance of Lovina center. The perfect place for families, groups of friends, or romantic getaways as the villa property offers full privacy. Villa Punyan is a heavenly place offering accommodation to six guests, located in the authentic Balinese village Kalibukbuk which is a part of Lovina. The center and the beach of Lovina are within walking distance (20 – 25 minutes). Accommodation: The livingroom offers a seating area with two sofas, coffeetable, flatscreen tv and audio set with docking station. The kitchen is situated at the terrace side and is fully equipped with cooking utensils, cutlery and tableware and offers the following equipment: large fridge with freezer; toaster; sandwich toaster; blender; microwave; coffeemachine; waterboiler and a waterdispenser for hot and cold water which is always refilled with drinkingwater. The dining area with diningtable and six diningchairs is situated on the roofcovered terrace, offering a magnificent view on the garden and swimmingpool. The living area, kitchen and terrace are equipped with ceilingfans. The bedrooms have both airconditioning as well as ceilingfans. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with spacious walk-in shower and western toilet. The kingsize beds offer comfortable mattressess and pillows. In the bedroom, behind the bed, you will find a dressing area with large wardrobe (including sufficient clothes hangers), a mirror and a safety deposit box. One of the bedrooms can be entered both from the terrace as well as the livingroom; the other two bedrooms can be entered from the terrace and through a (lockable) passage through the dressing area of the adjoining bedroom. This offers the possibility to leave passages unlocked when staying with small children. The tropical garden with palmtrees and colorful flowers is surrounded by a wall, offering full privacy. In the garden you will find the swimming pool, a gazebo, sunbeds and rattan covered parasols. The heavenly private swimming pool with overflow is 8.5 meters by 4 meters in size and has large relaxstairs as well as a in-pool bench on which you can sit and enjoy your drink or read a book. The windows in the gardenwall offer a magnificent view on the lush vegetation behind the villa. There is a small river running on this side making this area inaccessible so your privacy is guaranteed at all times. We have a babycot and highchair at hand. Our manager also has a safe carseat at your disposal. Free Wifi is available in and around the villa. Wine & Dine All meals can be prepared by our cook, at cost of ingredients only. Most guests choose to have a daily breakfast at the villa and decide per day whether they would have dinner at the villa or at one of the local restaurants. For breakfast, we can prepare a wide selection of choices like toast, bread, jams, cheese, bacon, eggs, fresh fruit, pancake, jaffle, yoghurt, coffee, tea and fresh fruitjuice. Our dinner menu consists of mainly Indonesian and Balinese dishes, as well as some Western dishes. In case you have any dietary needs, we kindly ask you to inform us when making the reservation so we can inform you of the possibilities. There are warungs (local shops) as well as a couple of small supermarkets within walking distance, where you can purchase drinks and other supplies. If you are looking for entertainment, you can visit Spice Beach Club for a relaxing afternoon of lounging and cocktails. Restaurants There are many nice and affordable restaurants in Lovina. We would be happy to give you some recommendations. Nightlife There are many nice bars to enjoy a beer with your friends, or have some cocktails and listen to live music. Shopping Shops for souvenirs, jewellery, batik-fabrics, clothes and shoes are all available in Lovina Beach. On the boulevard you will find many little shops with local products.
