Our Gaythorne home is comfortable and stylish, sunny and light, well-equipped and pet-friendly. It is located in a popular spot for families, close to the City 7km , on a quiet tree lined street, yet close to all amenities (public transport and local shops including supermarkets and cafes) It is also adjacent to expansive parks, the iconic Kedron Brook bike path, dog parks and numerous walking tracks. Our home is ideal for families who want a tranquil space to relax in and call their own. - This Gaythorne pet friendly low set home has been set-up to comfortably fit up to six people with three bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. - Unlimited hi-quality WiFi. - Only 7km from Brisbane CBD. - TV - internet enabled to stream Netflix, Stan, Amazon Prime etc. - Main bedroom has a private ensuite, Queen sized bed, air-con and built in wardrobe. - Second bedroom has a Queen bed, with air-con and built in wardrobe. - Third bedroom has 2 single beds, and built in wardrobe - Well-equipped kitchen-including gas stove top and oven, microwave, dishwasher, brand new fridge/freezer, a selection of teas and coffee, coffee plunger. Kitchen basics provided (salt, pepper, oil). - Open plan lounge/dining and kitchen area opening out onto large deck. Air-conditioning in the lounge room cools the house in summer. - Pet Friendly with a fully fenced and secure back yard - Small house trained dogs only. Pets are on application. Please send your request and let us know your breed and size of dog. We allow pets inside, but kindly ask NO pets on sofa or beds. Please tidy up after your pets as there will be an extra charge if pets mess is left in our garden or excess of pet hair left. The whole house and garden is set up for our guests to enjoy. Brisbane CBD is only a 20 minute train ride, with regular trains. Driving to CBD a 15 minute drive. Brookside shopping centre is also less than 10 mins walking. Brookside has a great range of shops (Coles, Woolworths, TKMax, Big W, Target, BWS, liquor land, Boost, Macdonalds) Brisbane airport is 20 mins away. Uber ride around $30. We have off-street parking for one car. -We require all our guests to have a completed Airbnb profile. This includes Email address, Phone number, Verified Government ID and a clear photo. -Small pets on application. - We try to always use natural products in our home. -No smoking. No parties. No extra guests allowed. -No illegal or commercial activities. -Check in anytime after 3pm. -Check out before 10am. -Breakages: We understand that sometimes accidents happen! If something accidentally breaks, please let us know immediately. Often we have bookings directly after yours and if we know of the damage before you leave we can prepare to fix or replace something immediately. - Please leave the house how you found it; "clean and tidy". Rubbish is to be taken out, all crockery and cutlery is to be clean and put away. Thank you.
