New Listing. Our modern home is only 15 minutes into the heart of Hervey Bay and in a quiet, safe neighbour hood. Your airconditioned Queen bed has fresh clean linen and a comfortable mattress. Coffee, tea and milk is available for you. We can offer plenty to do or its a perfect place to relax and enjoy our great entertaining area. We are a great base to visit the whales or Frazer Island. The sea breeze keeps our home lovely and cool even on the hottest of days although there is reverse cycle air conditioning to make you even more comfortable. We have a large outdoor entertainment area with plenty of seating , a pool, firepit and BBQ all for your use. Your room is large so you can move around quite freely and your bed is comfortable with fresh clean linen, bath and beach towels supplied. You have a lovely view of the ocean and are overlooking our pool and entertainment area. There is a fridge for you and coffee, sugar and milk are supplied. A desk is there if you need to finish up a few last minute work details. A large TV which has Netflix or Stan for your added amusement. Our house is very well equipped and I have provided many extras so your suitcase will be much lighter, see amenities. A fire pit area is there of a night time if your wanting to keep warm and enjoy a few drinks. Our pool is very refreshing on a hot Summers Day with a table and spa which are in the pool itself so you can enjoy a drink and be massaged to help soothe those knotted muscles. Then afterwards dry off on your sun loungers reading a good book taking in the magneficent view. With our huge outdoor area it can cater for outside dining as well. This place is suitable for couples, business people stopping in Hervey Bay for the night, tourists and all religions and genders. Room to bring your boat and safely park all your cars. We have Frazer Island where you can catch a ferry across, visit Lake Mackenzie, champagne pools, Maheno shipwreck or even spot a dingo or two roaming along the beach as there are many tours available. You might like to enjoy the day of whale or dolphin watching and encounter other marine life along the way. There are 2 golf courses around the corner if you feel like having a hit and a pub where you can get a affordable meal, cold driink and of a night a courtesy bus is available in you have one too many and dont want to do the 5 minute walk home. My home is located in Hervey Bay, Queensland, Australia. Craignish have some lovely ocean views the area is quiet as we are 15 minutes from Hervey Bay in a safe neighbour hood. There is nothing like strolling along the beach on holidays and we are so close to the ocean you can smell the salt air at times. The beaches here are great with majority having picnic areas, toilets and barbeques to use so you can enjoy a day out if you like. The pub is only a 5 minute walk away, and it also has a courtesy bus available where you can get a reasonably priced meal and a cold beer. At the pub there are two golf courses if you like to spend a few hours having a hit. We are a 5 minute drive to a foodstore for all your grocery needs and the café out front does great fish and chips and burgers. There is a chemist and Drs Surgery there as well. Arkarra Gardens is a short drive where you you can go for short walks looking for different species of bird wild life or feed the turtles at the lake and enjoy breakfast or lunch. There is great fishing areas in Hervey Bay if your a keen fisherman, ask hubby on arrival and he can direct you. We are only 10 mins to Toogoom seaside village with a great pub on the oceanfront and a lovely café as well. You can launch your boat or Kayak and have a great day fishing. We are 20 minutes to Burrum Heads which also has great fishing and is another seaside village. We are also a good base for Bunderberg as its just over a hour away. There is a bus stop right near our front door or you will need a car if wanting to sight see. If your wanting to just come for the weekend to relax and are flying in or coming in by bus I can pick you up for a small fee. We have a friendly dog named Bubba she can be removed if you need some space around the pool area, this is not a problem as she loves to swim and loves cuddles. Holiday times check in and checkout may be altered if we have back to back bookings.
