East View

East View is J28 on the M5 and a short walk into Cullompton town with its shops and pubs and varied selection of eateries. There are beaches, Exmoor, Dartmoor and Exeter within 30 mins. drive to name a few. Our ethos is to be Environmentally Friendly, Fair Trade, Vegan, Organic, Cruelty Free and value for money where possible. We also try to cut our plastic usage and product mileage. We want you to feel safe and relaxed on your stay and to enjoy our Devon. Large room with ensuite shower room , small area for making tea and coffee (supplied), small fridge with milk (of your choice) and water. Very comfy double bed with side tables and charging points Television with free view . Free internet. Two comfy chairs and coffee table . Separate front door to property. East view has it's own entrance and parking space directly in front with a key safe. We park our VW T5 van in this space and have no trouble getting in and out !. East View provides total privacy, but we are usually on hand if help is needed (we are quite sociable!) East view is down a no through lane with about twelve other detached properties. Tiverton parkway rail station is only 10 minutes away by car . For people travelling by coach , this stops at The Weary Traveller public house which is a five minute walk. We can also provide you with a local taxi number if required. Check in time is set at 4pm . Check out times are set at ten as we will need the time for changeovers . We are sorry but there is only room for two so we don't allow children or animals.
