This house has 360 degree views of the Cyprus countryside, offer outstanding views of the eucalyptus trees, citrus trees and different kind of domestic plants and trees while the only building visible from the house is the remote little church of Saint Dimitrianos. The landscape surrounding the home makes it the perfect spot for those seeking tranquillity, with the only noise coming from the enviable wildlife. *Pets allowed only after request. Guests have access to all areas of the property ! All the areas of the property include the swimming pool are private. The Swimming pool is also seasonal. Usually from end of April until end of October ( you can confirm that by request). Guests have access to all areas ! All areas are private include swimming pool ! Usually me or my uncle are available to give you all the informations you need about the house, the area and the island !! The area is between the village of Potamia and the town of Dali while the capital of Cyprus Nicosia and Larnaca are 20 minutes drive from the house! 4km from the house is the largely deserted village of Agios Sozomenos where you can see and explore the remaining houses and buildings, you can also visit the church of Agios Sozomenos that’s build naturally in a cave on the top of the village. Also in a distance 3km of the house on the way to Agios Sozomenos you can see the Summer Palace of Catherine Cornaro ( The last Queen of Cyprus). Also in a distance of 2-3km you can find traditional taverns,restaurants,supermarkets and 24/7 Bakeries! Rent a car is always recommended, one reason is that the public transport in rural areas of Cyprus is not very developed and also there are many places you can explore around the area that your only option is by car especially in warm summer days. There is a huge parking area around the house, of course free of charge. Rent a car is recommended ! -The swimming pool is seasonal ask for details. -Location Is central in the island and near to many places and shops but is very recommended to rent a car so you can move around easily because public transport is not really convenience. -About BBQ grill the charcoal and the fire-lighter is not included.
