You Have Shared Access to the Kitchen / Living Room / Dining Area / Terrace /Living Room Balcony Im an open minded host and we love to meet people and have great conversations. However, I prefer to give privacy to our guests we are located next to at a stones throw distance from Balewadi High Street, Mumbai Banglore Highway & Balewadi Stadium. The apartment is located between a grove off baner rd so u can relax amidst Nature Near by Places Jupiter Hospital,Pune University,Hinjewadi,Dmart, Westend mall ,Balewadi High Street No haggling with Cab Drivers for location as we are located right on Baner Road ,Near Ganraj Chowk. Booking and Getting Picked up by a Cab /Rickshaw or a friend is like a Price of cake. THe bus Stop is right outside the main Gate and the place with get a metro Station soon. This is a Private Room in a shared 3bhk. the room is Private ,but kitchen and Living area is shared. leftover food in the Dustbin. Used utensils to be washed and kept after use for other guest. No loud Music or Loud Talking. Society Rules to be followed.
