No toilet: Access to all in-house facilities in the main building, 35 m away through the garden: Several new bathrooms, toilets, large fully equipped kitchen. Free automobile parking in front of our house. There is a partly-covered area for bicycles. Access in and out of the castle any time, day or night, through separate front door. Our house is a very nice Art Nouveau manor house, called Château Abraham, or "Schloss Mörlbach“, next to a 500-year-old, late-Gothic church. In front of the house is a nice, small lake and behind we have a (5,000 square meter) garden with old trees. Children can use the longest private zip line (flying fox) in Germany, as well as a trampoline and swings in the garden. Mörlbach is a small village with Celtic roots, framed with trees and small lakes. Around 180 residents live in our village, including 50 children -- plus 25 dogs, 30 cats, 32 cows, 7 Alpacas (Lamas) and 8 Horses. Sight-seeing – Places of Interest: 5 to 20 minutes: Bismarckturm (Berg), Schloß Possenhofen, river Isar with locations to swim (Icking), next to the lakes and the big Lake Starnberg, Buchheim-Museum in Bernried, Seeburg am Starnberger See, old Roman villages. 30 to 60 minutes: Kings Castles of Ludwig II, Abbey Ettal, Oberammergau (passion play), Garmisch-Partenkirchen with Zugspitze and Eibsee, Abbey Andechs with Biergarten, Munich and much more. Train to/from Munich: S 7 / Station Icking: 3 min. by car, 10 min. bike (we rent out bikes), 4 min. by public bus (MON to FRI). Next to the S-Bahn station in Icking (S 7) there is the S-Bahn (S 6 train) in Starnberg (by bus, from Bachhausen which is 1 km from Mörlbach). Only back from station Starnberg there is a taxi for only EUR 5 per person to take you to Mörlbach, only at 8.15 pm, (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) FRI/SAT).
