In Henley, the Giggling Squid is delicious, fun Thai (also great with kids). We also love the Hart Street Tavern. The Bottle & Glass Inn has a Burger Barn which is a lot of fun - exactly what it sounds like, a big barn next to the pub that does delicious burgers of all types In terms of more grown up dining, Crockers in Henley is fabulous, as is Orwell's in Binfield Heath. There are so many great pubs too - The Cherry Tree and Crooked Billet in Stoke Row, and AWT's Greyhound are all delicious Family Days Out: Wellington Country Park is fabulous! You can definitely spend a day there. Millets Farm Centre is great with the family. Stonor Park is excellent and has an amazing "wonder world" playground. Beale Park - cute little park with animals for the kids For older kids, Caversham Lakes has a family water park and aqua sports activities Stand up paddleboarding on the river: "The SUP Life" in Henley Mill Meadows Playground is right by the water in Henley and there are a few ice cream stands, one right by the river. The River & Rowing Museum is a great inside activity with kids right in Henley. They also have a really lovely cafe for lunch. Depending on the ages of the kids you can also rent a boat for the day which is a lot of fun from Hobbs of Henley. Legoland at Windsor is about 40 minutes away, and a bit farther afield is Peppa Pig World (an hour and a half at Paultons Park) The Living Rainforest is close - nice activity with kids (inside) The Watercolor Cafe in Henley has a really sweet indoor play area for kids The D2 center in Henley has indoor soft play on weekday mornings Clivedon House - about 40 minutes away Blenheim Palace - about 45 minutes away Oxford is about 40 minutes away and has lots to see - one of our favorites is the Oxford Natural History Museum Small pets considered on a case by case basis
