Nice room in a little villa.

In a quiet area, near to the public transport, nice room with balcony on the first floor. Bathroom to share with evt other guests, short acces to the kitchen and dining place (friday and saterday till about 19H30 or to discuss) and place for car parking available in front of the house without extra charges. Since a short time I have a little, very friendly dog, who is not allowed to go up on the first floor. The house is quiet and clean and at short walk distance from public transportation, shops and restaurants, 15 min from town and 40 min from the university. Accès to the kitchen and dining-room for the time you need to prepare and join your meal. In principle the place is free for my own use on friday and saterday-evening from about 19H30, if I need. I am at home most of the time and I can help you to make yourself at home in the house and the surrounding. You have your own key of the house, and there is a key on the door of your room. Not far from town, the house is located in a green and very quiet area. At three minutes you have space for jogging and walking in a area free from circulation.
