You may see a former Masterchef judge on his daily walk....Such a nice, clean area. Good people. Great bakeries at top of street, cake shops, cafes, Coles, Woolworths. You don't need to go into the city! Go to Chadstone for a major shopping expedition or to see Hoyts movies. You are within walking distance of two train stations (Malvern and Armadale) on the Frankston/Dandenong Line. A 10 min train ride to the city and the MCG and/or Rod Laver Arena. Take a tram at the corner to famous St Kilda beach, CBD or the Grand Prix circuit. Trams 5, 6, 64 can be caught near the flat which go into city or to St Kilda/ South Yarra. Bus to Chadstone can be caught locally. Flat is in Zone 1. Free tram travel within parts of CBD. I expect that all visitors will enjoy a quiet stay in a clean flat.
