A cozy and peaceful place for short stays at Mumbai :) We live close to the apartment and will be happy to help and Welcome our guests. Cozy & comfortable modern luxe studio apartment - Bedroom is not a part of the listing and will be locked. You have the living room with sofa-cum-bed , kitchen (Strictly Veg) and 1 bath to yourself .There will be no shared area in apartment. There is no parking in the society, but you can park your car in the street at owner’s risk. The place will be cleaned before arrival and after departure of the guest. There will be no cleaning during the stay to maintain covid protocol and guest safety. It is close to the local railway station, local market, shopping streets , Mc D , Burger King ,Restaurants & nightlife. It is situated centrally hence, perfect for solo & business travellers! Also have salons, supermarkets, hospitals, garden, restaurants,National Park , Indian garment stores, ATMs all within 500 metres. Starbucks , Sanjay Gandhi National Park for offbeat experiences , Pizza Place , Grocery store , Jogger's Park , Govt approved Parking area in 2 mins walk ,Local station and a whole next level street shopping areas. Super easy Rickshaw access (On door) , Local Train at 6 mins , and Bus stop is 5 mins walking. No smoking , and loud parties with outside guest are not allowed. This is a residential society. We will need Aadhar card & Vaccination certificates on Aarogya setu at checkin. You can park your vehicle outside the building on street at your own risk. Bring your own consumable items as per your requirements and safety.
