Nestled in almost two acres of its own countryside just a stones throw from some of North Cornwall’s most beautiful award winning beaches. Meila cottage is a beautiful newly built barn conversion with a stunning contemporary interior which creates a tranquil and luxurious setting. Ideally situated in the small hamlet of Tresean, between both sought after villages of Crantock and Cubert, guests will enjoy the right amount of peaceful seclusion whilst still being close to all local amenities and within walking distance of some of the best beach’s of Cornwall. The famous surfing beach of Fistral is roughly a 10 minute drive. Crantock within a 5 minute drive and the beautiful sand dunes of Holywell even closer. Both Holywell and the more secluded beach of Poly Joke can be accessed on foot from the house if you are happy to take on a good step across the rolling hills of Cubert Common. Highly recommended, the views are well worth the walk. The home itself enjoys three great size double bedrooms, with flexible sleeping provisions to cater for large family’s or equally two families holidaying together. Both bedrooms upstairs are ensuite and there is a further shower room downstairs to cater for the large ground floor bedroom and the general use of the house. Downstairs there is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with dual aspect glass doors opening out to connect the space with the large enclosed patio, outside seating and the all important bbq. The home does sit within almost 2 acres of its own peaceful countryside. Please feel free to explore a little, introduce yourself to the neighbouring donkeys through the fence and enjoy the views, but this must be done at your own discretion and we cannot accept any liability for any incidents that may occur. The house does benefit from a full entertainment system including complete HD Sky Package, Netflix, Disney Plus, DAB Radio and Super Fast WiFi.
