Authentic house

This house is pure vacation. Only 3 miles away from Dubrovnik, and so far away from crowds and traffic. It is ideal for groups of friends, families or couples who want to explore the untouched wild nature of the island of Kolocep (Kalamota). The house has ground and firs floor, with 7 bed rooms, 4 with king size bed and 3 with 2 single beds. Each floor has a big bathroom, terrace and balcony. Our house can accommodate up to 14 people. It is ideal for calm and relaxed vacation, far away from traffic and crowds, where you can charge your batteries just looking at the beautiful see, olive plants and amazing sunset. The house is equipped with wireless internet, washer and TV. The huge kitchen (40m2) is also very well equipped, with dish washer, kettle, microwave, oven, filter coffee machine and is ideal for gathering along the big table enjoying domestic food and wine. Guests will have private spacious terrace with a garden surrounded by Mediterranean plants at their disposal. On the terrace there is a big dining table, an outside shower and BBQ. Entire house is on your disposal and we can be reached 24/7. Kolocep is part of Elaphiti Islands, the most southern and among the most beautiful islands in Croatia. Situated near Dubrovnik, the island is a blend of amazing nature, culture and friendly local people. Kolocep is car free and an amazing island with wild nature. The pathways of Kolocep take you along the scenic coastline, historical sites with Pre-Romanesque chapels, charming fishing villages, olive and orange groves, vineyards, forest, steep cliffs, caves and coves. Gornje Čelo is most known for "Placet"-the most beautiful place where you can watch sunset and wild cliffs, beaches,tracking trails and it is all around the house. Along the house you can buy domestic fruits and vegetables grown from neighbors garden. Gornje Čelo is only 20 min walking distance from Donje Čelo where there are grocery, post office and a hotel. Walking trail is very authentic and pleasant for walking or running. M/B Lafodia sails twice a day from Port Gruz in Dubrovnik to Gornje Čelo - 2 minutes from the house. M/B Postira (Jadrolinija) sails from Port Gruz in Dubrovnik to Donje Čelo - Kolocep up to four times a day depending on the day of the week and season. It takes a 20 minutes on foot from Donje Čelo to the house. The schedule for both boats can be seen in our photo gallery. It is possible to arrange private excursions to other nearby islands and to the Old town of Dubrovnik which is only 25 min away. Also, we offer typical Mediterranean dinner or deliver food and beverages.
