Please note that since this unit is near the highway that vehicle noise can be heard. This unit is furnished with : - double bed - aircon - TV with local channels - wifi - microwave - bathroom amenities (toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap, tissue) - towels - coffee - hot water kettle - refrigerator - plates, cutlery, cups what we don't have - hot water heater in the bathroom (we have a hot water kettle you can use to heat water) Parking: we have a covered parking area that can fit one car but this is a first come, first served basis. we also have parking outside the building. A note on vehicle noise: Since our building is located beside the highway, some vehicle noise can be heard inside the apartment. Please take note of this before booking our unit. Early check in/ Late check out: we allow early check in and late check out for a fee. But if the unit is fully booked, we can not allow it. Long term stay: For long term stays, we change beddings every 5 days. I have work during the day time but i can easily be reached by airbnb messaging or by phone. My helpers or my husband usually assist guests during their stay. Villasis is considered as the vegetable basket of Pangasinan. We have a bagsakan where vegetables and fruits are sold fresh every day. There is also tupig, a local delicacy. It's a rice cake wrapped in banana leaves and grilled. There is two SM malls located near our town, SM Rosales and SM Urdaneta. Balungao hot spring and Our Lady of Manaoag is also reachable by day trip (both 30-40 min travel time).
