Picturesque studio at the seafront of Damouchari !

Just above the harbour of Damouchari with its stunning views, this studio is part of the Old Traditional "Ghermaniko Guesthouse". It is a spacious room that can accommodate maximum 3 adults or a family of 4 persons. Equipped with a kitchenette bathroom, air condition, satellite TV, WiFi & terrace with the authentic seaview. The first price shown is the basic for 2 persons with extra charge for every additional person. In that pricing we also offer our homemade traditional vegetarian breakfast! One of the oldest buildings in Damouhari, right on the historic picturesque harbor (where the movie "Mamma Mia!" was filmed & the actress "Romy Schneider" was hosted during her holidays in Greece in the 70’s). Just few steps and you are in front of the sea swimming in the clear waters! In 2018, a major renovation of the old building has started and was completed in 2022. The interior and exterior of the traditional house have been completely renovated in a natural, simple and clear Aegean Sea style, preserving though a lot of the old materials. We operate from the beginning of April until the end of October. The studio is independent from the other five of the building and fully equipped, as well as with its own terrace • ideal for couples, families or a small group of friends (baby-cot is also available upon request). We are always on site, available & ready to respond to the needs and demands of our visitors. Damouchari is a tiny traditional village with two bays (the harbor and the beach at about 50 meters distance between them). Swimming is suitable in both options. The guests should expect peace and quietness during the whole touristic season except for the highest period that is the months of July & August. During those months it might get a bit more hectic but still it's a small place with certain capacity that doesn't get really crowded. The travellers should not miss seeing and walking around the village's cobbled paths. Buses stop at the next village "Aghios Ioannis" (20 mins distance on foot), taxis are also available 24/7. We also own a licenced sea activity center, offering sea kayak & SUP tours & rental throughout the operating touristic season.
