BEAUTIFUL VILLA WITH POOL & YOGA ROOM IN LE MARCHE

A stunning villa located in the charming Italian region of Le Marche 20 minutes from the Adriatic Sea. The house sleeps 10 in 4 bedrooms each with their own en-suite bathrooms and private outdoor areas; features a 40 sq.m fully equipped yoga shala; a professional grade kitchen and comfortable living and dining areas all with air-conditioning. The outdoor areas include a 15 x 4 meter swimming pool with a shallow area for the little ones; outdoor BBQ and wood burning pizza oven and lovely gardens. The soul of the house is the expansive yoga room overlooking rolling fields, while the heart of the house is the living & dining areas, featuring a professional grade kitchen and plenty of indoor and outdoor eating and relaxation areas. Completed in 2018 the house is decorated in an eclectic combination of modern Italian design pieces and an extensive collection of Chinese art and antiques collected by the owners over their 20 years of living in China. The surrounding areas offer up an expansive choice of indelible experiences and it is an ideal destination for bikers & hikers; yogis & foodies; culture buffs & lovers of Italian shoes and especially for diverse groups or families who love a little of all of the above. While a car is required to really make the most of your time in the region biking and walking are also great ways to get around and there are 2 medieval hilltop villages located within a 25 minute walk from the house. The villa is surrounded by fields and for health reasons, we do not spray any chemical product. This means that there will be some bugs (including beautiful ladybugs and butterflies) We installed screens on every window and door (except the front door) but it’s still possible to find some insects inside the house.
