Modern Self Contained Country Cottage Farmstay

Beautiful self contained cottage located in the Scenic Rim area with an out look to Mt Tamborine. This cottage has 2 queen sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan kitchen/dining room, separate living room, laundry with washing machine & dryer, ducted aircon & TV. The cottage is situated near but with total privacy from the main residence & is part of a 50 acre equine establishment with stabling & agistment available if required. Range of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets & wineries nearby. The cottage looks out over horses & sheep grazing in the paddocks & is in a very peaceful setting. Wallabies, hares & koalas are often sighted around the farm. This cottage is set up for the mobility impaired. It is on 1 level, has a double door easy entrance with wide hall ways, bathroom & toilet handrails & shower chair. Guests are able to use the main resident's swimming pool & able to join in supervised farm activities such as feeding of the horses, sheep & chickens. My husband & I live in the main house close but private from the cottage. We respect our guests privacy but if guests would like to use the pool located at the main house, interact with the animals or have any other requests we are always available to oblige. Mundoolun is a country area close to Tamborine Village & 20 minutes to the scenic Mt Tamborine. There are many wineries, restaurants & pubs in the area. Beaudesert township & Jimboomba are 15 minutes drive away. Gold Coast Theme Parks are within an easy drive. A bus service is available from Beaudesert to Brisbane. Car parking for guests available on the property. A self served breakfast is available for the first morning consisting of fresh free range eggs, cereal, bread, butter, local raw honey, jams, tea, coffee, milk & sugar etc.
