Beautiful farmhouse from the last century, with all modern amenities, located near the Loire, halfway between Roanne, Lac de Villerest and the Golf Club du Domaine de Champlong (18 holes). With family, friends, also lodging on the road of the holidays, away from the beaten tracks, the setting is ideal to relax. You will stay in the old stable completely renovated. And if you wish, you will also enjoy the private jacuzzi at your disposal ! Charming farm house, with all conveniences, situated near the Loire. Endowed with a garden , you will live in a former farm building renovated by myself in 2018 and decorated tastefully and with refinement. It is ideally situated in the junction of the mounts of Lyonnais, Beaujolais and Forez area. Land of history, high gastronomy (MaisonTroisgros) but also of typical restaurants of the region. Entire ground floor, with two warm rooms totaling 50 m2 and combining visible stones and wood, as well as a modern kitchen for numerous guests. Besides, there are several old elements of the former use of place (e.g. stable) that I will let you discover and enjoy. Upstairs, there are 2 spacious rooms, decorated with elegance, each of an area of 25 m2. Every room has a bathroom with showers and private toilet. I assure you a relaxing and authentic experience, with numerous available activities for all public, including: On site, at your private disposal, a spacious jacuzzi relaxation area with massage jets and aromatherapy. Ballad on foot and/or by bicycle on the towpath following the Loire or along tens of km of marked paths which will make happy experienced as well as novice hikers. - Nautical activities on the Lake of Villerest, the bigger lake of the Loire with a surface of 770ha. Bathing during the summer (with lifeguards), the mini-golf and the playground will make the happiness of all. - Historical heritage of the city of Roanne (Roman city) and of its authentic villages all around the region. - Gastronomic and oenological tourism (MaisonTroisgros / Vineyards Côtes Roannaises). - Golf Club of the Domain of Champlong (two 18-hole golf courses). As a son of the land and living in the house adjoining the farm building, you can count on me to welcome you and help you learn about the numerous places and the activities available in Villerest and its surroundings. The visitors will have access to the completeness of the holiday cottage and the mentioned equipments. Besides, you can take advantage of the garden in the part(party) situated in front of the building. The jacuzzi area is also at your disposal and decorated with the same care! Ideal after a day of walking or sports to relax in a Spa with massages and chromotherapy… As son of the soil and living in the house adjoining the farm building (the former barn separates my residence of the farm building), obviously count on me to welcome you and help you to choose between the numerous places and the activities available on Villerest and on surroundings. You can park your vehicle along the house. A bus station (passage every hour) is near the house and serves downtown Roanne (Place of the City hall).
