Breathtaking rural views accross the channel with plenty of birds and wild life to watch from the studio or while breakfasting on the private deck. Private and quiet whilst having easy access to wander into the garden down to the pond. Close by to eateries, pubs and local ammenities. Fee free to walk down the steps that wander down into the garden from the studio deck area. The Studio is located in a pretty rural area amongst organic apple orchards and wild life. while Woodbridge Smoke House is only a 2 minute stroll away that offer door sales of their delicious award winning Smoked Ocean Trout. The studio is in a friendly safe neighbourhood. The Orchard Studio has its own off street parking. The local shops, post office and pub are only a 2 min drive into the village but well worth the walk which would take 15 mins (down hill) and perhaps 20-25 to get back to the studio.
