Beautiful holiday house near Zagreb

This beautiful holiday house with a autdoor pool and private garden is situated in Zadrkovec (Komin), 30 minutes from Zagreb that is the cultural, scientific, economic, political and administrative center of the Republic of Croatia. It has a spacious yard (private, fenced) with grass garden, flowers and fruit trees, private outdoor pool (opened from May to October), a roofed terrace with the furniture, trampoline and flagstone for the kids, fireplace and barbecue. It's quiet neighborhood ideal for family vacation with the beautiful nature view all around, perfect for walking, cycling and running. Your holiday at this adorable house can consist of visiting the wine roads and the local attractions, enjoying the gastronomy and perfect nature. You can also visit Varaždin (40 minutes), that represents the best preserved and richest urban complex in continental Croatia. The house can accommodate up to 7 to 8 people. Kitchen, dining area, living room, the bathroom and wardrobe are situated on the ground floor while three bedrooms and the other bathroom are located in the first floor. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster and dining table. In the living room there are flat-screen TV, sofa-convertible double and fireplace. Two bedrooms feature queen beds, the third bedroom features double bed. Bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with washing machine. Wi-fi, heating, air conditioning and free parking are provided. Public transportation is relatively poor, and the nearest bus station is 10 minutes by walk from the house, so I advise you to have a car.
