The studio is set in a totally separate area of our house, accessible via it's own independent access controlled gate, and private, fully sensor lit pathway. Petrol station 300 metres across the road. McDonalds is 600 metres away also. Our studio is 100% self check-in. We send you clear and comprehensive details on the day of your stay with us. All guest/host communications are carried out via the Airbnb messaging app. If the need arises, we are available in person also. The studio is located a five minute drive from Christchurch International Airport. Also a bus stop is located parallel to our street, a 2 minute walk away. This will take you to the airport or city. In December 2018, a brand new McDonalds opened on the back of our subdivision, 500 metres from the studio, 5 mins walk for food 24/7. The studio is located in a quiet cul de sac, away from city noise and ever so peaceful. If required, supermarkets and malls are no more than 3-10 minutes drive away. There are two large parks near us as well for walks or runs, although we are set in a very beautiful subdivision which doubles as a lovely walking circuit. There is a golf course just over the road from the bus stop, it's great to have a fun day out there with family or friends, they also have mini golf. This is very easy whether by private or public transport as we have a bus stop parallel 2 mins walk from the studio.
