A huge shed with a fireplace and granny flat big enough for your family and pets. ( If you do have pets please let me know) There is room to park a caravan as well. There is the main house. 20 meters away is the granny flat. Private entrance, Private Driveway, Nothing will be shared. The whole space is yours. Shed & Granny flat. I grew up in the area and live on the property. I am here if you need any ideas on what to do/ explore. Whether you're staying for a relaxing stay or an adventure there is something for everyone. Less than a 10-minute drive to the heart of Wangaratta. Known for the Festival of Jazz and Blues. 10 minutes to Glenrowan ( Ned Kelly) 10 minutes to Miliwa. The first official ‘gourmet region’ in Australia. ( Milawa Cheese Factory) 15 minutes to Winton Racetrack. 45 minutes- Wodonga/Albury ( The border of VIC and NSW) 50 minutes to Beechworth. (Known for its history of gold mining, Beechworth Bakery, Beechworth Honey, Brewery, Old Goal, Ghost Tours and Woolshed Falls.) 1 hour to Bright. 1 hour 40 to Mount Buffalo 2 hours to Mount Hotham Wine regions- Glenrowan, King Valley, Beechworth, Great Alpine Wine Region. Plenty of lookouts, hikes, bike tracks in the area. Car is the best option. Please respect the tenants in the main house. Lower noise after 10 p,m please. There is no wifi, unfortunately. Basic groceries are provided. * To access the second bedroom, you need to walk up external stairs. They are inside the shed. Firewood to be requested, prior to arrival.
