Stunning Apartment in Greenwich/Blackheath
Close to Blackheath and Greenwich, in a residential area but not far from restaurants and good dining. Built in 1808 my apartment is part of a detached building that used to belong to the Landlord of large estate. The apartment is characterised by high ceilings and character. Beds are "real" with high quality matresses. The flat is almost 120 Square meters (1300 Sqft) all in one floor. The rooms are spacious and full of lights. The apartment in one the oldest building in the area "Brook House" belonging to the ancient landlord of one of the richest estates in '800. There are two very large double room accommodates and a regular size double room. There is a very large comfortable living room of approximately 50 square meters. Lounge, Kitchen, entrance hall, bathroom. Depending on the number of guests, you will have one, two or three bedrooms. For instance if you are a couple you will have access to one bedroom. That said, should you require two rooms ,despite being a couple (for any reason whatsoever) just let me know so that I can arrange for appropriate sleeping arrangements. The garden is accessible on a shared basis. I travel regularly and might not be in town often Blackheath village is one of the most attractive places in south london (the "Hampstead" of the south). there is plenty of restaurants (even a Michelin start restaurant) and the area is safe to walk, enjoying the tranquillity of a quite neighbourhood in a stylish way and the puzzling life of London. The house is on the bus route from the O2 Arena (132 route) and 8 minutes walk from Kidbrooke Park Station (train to London Bridge 15') Currently there is still free parking outside the property, in addition to the parking space inside the driveway which is allocated to my flat. It is possible that the council might soon enforce parking restrictions (this is quite a possibility as too many people drive from outside london to park and take a comfortable 15 minutes train ride to central London). The house if full of character, high ceilings and spacious. Three beautiful fireplaces and a very large comfortable kitchen. Dogs are allowed to stay in the property. Please advise if you are coming with a dog as there will be an additional one-off cleaning charge that needs to be added to the total. The one-off cleaning charge varies depending on the length of the stay from £80 (1-4 nights) to £150 (from 5 night upwards).
