The property is newly furnished and equipped with the essentials for a home away from home! It is situated close to the city centre with parking available via a permit for one car. The house has three bedrooms which are decorated with relaxing colours. The property is close to DMU, Hospitals, and the King Richard III Visitor Centre. There is a Lidl and Tesco within walking distance of the property. The property has printed bed set-up instructions, and list of recommended local bars, and amenities to save you time and help you make the most of your stay. The TV is Sony Remote Control with FreeSAT Tuner with Guide along with Amazon FireTV with Netflix installed. There is a lot of space in this property which allows you to relax and feel like you are in a home from home. The property is modern and the kitchen is equipped with all you would need for home cooking. The street is residents only and I can provide you with enough visitor passes to cover 1 vehicle for your stay free of charge. If you require to park any other vehicles then the nearest free street parking is a 10 minute walk away. I am available throughout your stay via phone or email. The local area is surrounded with culture. Leicester is one of the most diverse cities in the UK and its epi-centre is the vibrant Narborough Road which features a multitude of different restaurants, bars, and activities. There are a variety of takeaways, bars, and restaurants near to the property. The Istanbul is 4mins (0.2mile) walk which is a spacious Turkish restaurant with pavement tables, a takeaway counter and a contemporary vibe. Nine Bar is also 4mins (0.2mile) walk and has been reviewed "Lovely bar with amazing value food and cocktails." and "Delightful little bar with very friendly staff. Drinks are decently priced and there's a good variety to choose from. The bar also has a lovely environment, both inside and outside." The West end Brewery 7mins (0.3mile) walk is an excellent pub with great beer, food, staff and service. They also they offer free taste sample before ordering! There are good local bus routes and Uber is also available for shorter journeys.
