Bayside Haven is a 2 bedroom self-contained apartment on the ground floor of our home with bali-style pool and entertaining areas. In beautiful & convenient Wynnum/Manly, 700m to coffee shops & eateries, 2.1k to Esplanade & shopping centre, 13k to Brisbane CBD, 230m from bus stop, 1k to train station, 16k to airport (not under flight path), 8.2k to Sleeman Sporting Complex, 2.8k to Royal Yacht Squadron, 12.4 k to Port PLEASE NOTE: Our property IS NOT suitable for children under 5 yrs of age We moved into this home in April 2018 and created the downstairs apartment with new kitchenette and lockable internal door for our guests. You have separate front entry and deck, living/dining, kitchenette and bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms and fold-out double lounge/sofa bed. You are free to share our beautiful pool, bbq, outdoor areas and laundry. This is your home-away-from-home so you don't need to ask to use any of these facilities. We have lovely neighbours and our street is very quiet and safe. You will be able to access the entire bottom floor of our home via your own entry at the front of the house and a lockable internal door at the back of the apartment. Parking is in our street. We live in a quiet area and guests have no problem parking immediately beside our drive way or on the opposite side of the street. Public transport is close. 1 minute walk to bus stop and 10 minute walk to train station. Uber rides in the local area can cost as little as $5.75! We live upstairs but are both busy working people who love to travel. If we are not at home, we will be just a phone call away. We are very aware of the need for people to have their own space, especially at this time. You can have as much or as little interaction with us as you want. We live in a quiet street and have friendly neighbors. There is a Newsagent, Bakery, Coffee Shop, cafes, eateries and Service Station within 700 metres and a Spar Express supermarket 1.1km from our place. Shopping Centres, Restaurants and the Esplanade are all 10-15 mins walk or 3-5 mins drive. We are 10mins walk from Manly train station and to the beach and Wynnum shopping centre. Express trains to the City only take 30mins. We are 21 mins from Brisbane airport (not under flight path), 57 mins drive to Gold Coast beaches and 1hr 28mins drive to Sunshine Coast beaches. The 2 of us live upstairs and we try to limit noise before 8am on weekdays and 9am on weekends.
