Come stay at our newly furnished home in the middle of the Belconnen Town Centre. You'll be walking distance to the Westfield Shopping Centre, Cafe, Restaurants and Bars Here for work? You'll have no trouble walking to the nearby agencies, or jumping on a bus (every 5 min on weekdays) that'll take you straight to the Canberra City. We have WiFi (NBN), a laptop desk, 65" TV & 2 Queen beds equipped with Ecosa mattresses and all our linen (1200 thread count) and towels are professionally cleaned! Our luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment is in the middle of the Belconnen Town Centre. You can enjoy a lovely view of Telstra Tower right from the bedroom balcony or utilise the fully equipped gym, swimming pool & bbq area within the complex. There is also a shower facility available for the gym/pool. For example there's a café called Chatterbox with great coffee and breakfast options or you can walk down to the Belconnen Labor Club to grab some lunch or dinner while playing pool, and if you're feeling lucky you can have a go at the pokies too! However, if you're keen to have a quiet one in, there are plenty of great options available on UberEats and Deliveroo. It takes around 12 minutes to drive into the Canberra City from our place. If you don't have access to a car, our place is minute walk to the main bus stop which has a direct bus to the City every 5 minutes (Route 4) on weekdays! Or about $15-$20 Uber ride into the City. Guests will have full access to the entire corner apartment including kitchen, bedroom with balcony, lounge and dining area, bathroom and we have laundry facilities. There is also a pool, gym, bbq and courtyard available within the complex. We also have a coffee machine, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and dryer available. In the bathroom we have additional hair dryer and straightener in case you've forgotten anything! Our apartment is designed to be wheelchair friendly and the secure underground parking near the complex entrance is also wheelchair accessible. We're in the area, so if you have any questions or issues we're only a phone call or short drive away! Everything at your door step! Main bus station is less than a minute walk and buses arrive every 5 minutes (Route 4) to the Canberra City (or 12 minute car ride) on weekdays! It is also close to leading educational institutions including the University of Canberra and Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) in Bruce. We're just across the road from the Canberra International Sports and Aquatic Centre (CISAC) which is one of canberra's best fitness centres and closely located to the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) and the GIO Canberra Stadium. We have easy access to nearby parklands and the Lake Ginninderra foreshore. Belconnen Fresh Food Markets, Westfield Shopping Centre, Cinemas, Cafes, Bars and Restaurants are all within walking distance. If you like riding your bike, there's also easy access to Canberra’s extensive cycleway network. Less than a minute walk to the main Belconnen Bus Stop which has a direct bus to the Canberra City every 5 minutes on weekdays (Route 4)! It's also only a 5 min stroll to the Belconnen Westfield Shopping Centre & University of Canberra. A quick drive to Calvary Hospital, the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) & Canberra Stadium, ANU. Short walk to lots of cafes, fast food, restaurants and bars near Lake Ginninderra. If you're heading into the Canberra City, our guests have quoted that it's only a 12 minute car ride away!
