Delightful three detached property on the outskirt of Marldon village, very conveniently located in South Devon, a short drive to local beaches about 3 miles to the beach. Dartmoor National Park is only a short drive away, lovely local walks, excellent cycling and close to many picturesque villages, fantastic location, nestling in the folds of the South Hams with the traditional ancient church and pub, local village with shops. Lounge, kitchen and dining area, conservatory with dining area, one downstairs double bedroom, bathroom with shower and bath. Two further bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. Relaxing house with plenty of big cushions around for comfort in the lounge area. All of the house. Front entrance. I will be local, so any problems I can assist you. A welcome box will be provided. The price is set for one to six people. It's a lovely family house and im around to help and direct you and your family to excellent places to visit and eat. Nice and peaceful location with beautiful views of Dartmoor from the back garden, non-estate but very easy access from the road. Selection of tea and fresh coffee for your stay. Local village shops, hairdressers and postoffice. Bus routes in the village to most areas, Paignton, Newton Abbot, Torbay, Totnes, etc. Princess Theatre just a short drive away, cinemas and bowling. It doesn’t matter if you’re looking for coastal walks or seaside fun for the kids, in Torbay or Teignmouth, Dartmoor with it’s ponies or cream teas at Cockington village, you are only 15 -minutes drive away from any of those. A visit to Exeter city for a day of shopping and eating out, or a fun packed trip to Crealy Adventure Park with all of its rides is only a 40 minute drive away.
