Modern Guest Room in Sovereign Lakes

Welcome to "Sovereign Lakes". Come and enjoy your stay with us in a modern family home located in Pineacres. Enjoy the best of both worlds, conveniently located just off State Highway 1, we are only a 25 minute drive to bustling Christchurch city life, and 10 minutes from beautiful beaches. Also located only 30 minutes from the breath taking Waipara wineries for a taste of what North Canterbury has to offer. Photos of Bedroom and Bathroom to come The bedroom is located around the back of the house. With double sliding doors you will have your own entrance, privacy, and on street parking is available. There will be a lock box that will allow for easy key collection. You will have your own modern bathroom with a shower for your exclusive use, and clean towels will be provided. Please feel free to use the walk in wardrobe, with iron and ironing board available. We do not have a television, but do provide free, UNLIMITED WIFI. We are happy to help you with any questions you have. If there is something you are not happy with, please let me know as soon as possible. We are a busy family, but love having guests and are here to help, and want to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible, all we ask is that if you wish to speak to us face-to-face during your stay, that you come around to the front door, or contact us by phone or email. Sovereign Lakes is a well-established neighbourhood situated within a short walking distance of the Lake, and Jagz restaurant where you can experience great food and is fully licenced. Within walking distance of the Kaiapoi township which offers a variety of shops, cafes, grocery stores, banks, and easy access to many bus routes. MAXIMUM 2 PEOPLE. The space is not large enough for any more than one or two people. We cannot have pets here due to allergies. We are happy to accept Children and Infants, however we cannot provide any additional beds/cots. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. The rest of the house is OFF LIMITS Possible use of the kitchen for longer stays. we do have lots of cafes, restaurants and takeaways within walking distance. A book of collected local menus will be made available for you to browse.
