Only 5 minutes bus ride to the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital and Research Institutes and 15 minutes to the City. Quiet street with ample street parking Perfect for guests who want to be close to the City but not right amongst it, or those with friends and family up at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. Make this your home and enjoy the large living area to relax. You are welcome to use all public areas of the house. The back deck is lovely to enjoy a cuppa in the morning or a wine in the evening as the sun goes down. You have your own bar fridge and pantry space so you can cook up a storm if you like. Large projector with surround sound to watch the latest movie.The room includes: - all bedding and sheets - towels and face washer - dressing gown and slippers to snuggle into after you enjoy a bath or shower - shampoo and conditioner - high speed internet - TV and DVD player - access to tea/coffee, Milo and hot chocolate I work from a home office so always there to help out unless travelling. Kids are welcome. We live in a dead-end street so not a busy road, except for workers using it to park through the day. With the park to the side and back of the house, you will love the open feeling and enjoy not looking out onto neighbours. It is a few minutes walk to the bus stop that takes you into the City or out to Chermside. Close to inner-city bypass and the airport tunnel for easy access out of Brisbane. It is also a five-minute walk to the bus stop and a 24/7 convenience store with hot food, and a ten-minute walk to Windsor Train Station (Ferny Grove line). You will have to like cats (well even dogs) as my cat Leo thinks he's a dog! He is well groomed so even with my allergies he isn't a problem. You will love him by the end of your stay. Sometimes when I'm travelling I might ask you to feed him.
