Modern new apart. in the most lively place in Alexandria (Mahetat El Raml). A brand new building in one of the most historical neighborhoods that has everything you need: shopping, restaurants, cinemas, and beaches. Not forgetting the magical sea view from all sides in an amazingly furnitured apart. We have a lovely modern house with a fully equipped american style kitchen ( oven-fridge- stove), and a cozy living room with cable LCD TV with a view of the the beautiful Mediterranean Sea. Our master bedroom equipped with cable LCD TV, open to an indoors balcony with a stunning view of the sea. The guest room has two beds. Both rooms are fully equipped with cupboards. In our lovely home we have one bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition there is a washing machine. All rooms are equipped with AC and newly furnitured. Entire apartment I often have someone give out the keys to our lovely guests but if any problems do arise I'm always available and of help if needed. Mahatet El Raml (Arabic: محطة الرمل‎‎) centers on a large public square containing the main station of the Alexandria Tram. It is one of the primary centers for tourism, retail, and entertainment in the city. One of the defining features of Mahatet el-Raml is the specialization of vendors along certain streets. These vendors also attract tourists, helped by the presence of cinemas, restaurants, and other entertainment and nightlife. The Alexandria Opera House and Alexandria Creativity Center, venues for traditional and non-traditional performing arts respectively, are also located in the district according to at least some definitions. It is a very homy and welcoming place! You could use any form of transportation: Busses, Trams, Taxis, and Uber
