Come relax in our lovely home , in a hamlet 2 hours drive from Paris .. The 3 bedrooms are nice, with all the comfort you expect in a large garden .. and the birds sing all day! Minimum stay: 2 nights .. This beautiful farmhouse has been renovated by local craftsmen, and only with noble local materials: antique tiles, oak floors, coated with lime .. Without ostentation but with good taste, the decor has been designed with the permanent will to respect home while providing a touch of modernity .. the general atmosphere is warm and unfussy. You're at home! 5 minute drive: bakery, pharmacy, newsagent, convenience store, post office, doctor .. 10 minutes: all shops in Cosne sur Loire or Bonny sur Loire. Tourism within 20 km: the village of Sancerre on a hill, the medieval site of Guédelon, the Briare Canal, the Gien earthenware, pottery of Saint-Amand, the castle of Saint-Fargeau, the natural park of Boutissaint. . and many other things to discover ! If I'm not there, the welcome is made by our charming neighbor Anne-Marie. She knows the area well - and home too! She will assist you for any need during your stay. The house is located in a small hamlet of 4 houses, 3 minutes from the town of Annay and 5 minutes of Neuvy-sur-Loire (all shops). Access by car from Paris Porte d'Orleans by A6 and A77 On A77 exit 21 and then 15 minutes of country road. Total distance from Paris : 175 km. By train - possible if one picks you up at the train station of Cosne sur Loire, 10 minutes by car. A 10 minutes drive : the very nice municipal indoor pool of Belleville sur Loire, with children's paddling pool, slides, jacuzzi ... and spa with hammam - sauna ! The roof opens in summer and then we can enjoy a beautiful outdoor space.
