GREAT CITY VIEW! Tidy room in apartment in lovely street. 3 mins walk: tram, cafes, restaurants, bars & shops, Moonee Valley Racecourse. 15 mins car: Melbourne Airport. 6.5km to city. Myki cards, unlimited coffee & WIFI. Welcome to Melbourne!! Clean, carpeted sunny bedroom with thick blind to block out the afternoon sun should you wish. The window faces the west so you will be treated to beautiful sunsets. Air con in living room, ceiling fan in bedroom, toilet has hand held bidet (and toilet paper of course), washing machine, dryer, clothes line (indoor and outdoor) hairdryer. Your stay comes with all the usual bathroom amenities, fresh sheets and towels. Breakfast available (toast with the usual condiments such as vegemite, peanut butter, honey & jam / cereal & wholefoods inc. seeds, nuts, grains & dried fruits, almond milk, tea (inc. herbal) & coffee) Full access to living room, bathroom/laundry and balcony. You can prepare snacks in the kitchen but please speak to me first if you plan to use the cooktop or oven. There is a security door to go through. Once inside you have to go up some internal steps to reach apartment (28 steps with 4 landings within these steps) I wish there was an elevator! As little or as much as you like! If I'm available when you arrive I can pick you up from the tram stop, train station or University of Melbourne area in my car and help with your luggage. Just a few minutes walk to shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, public transport, parks, the Moonee Valley Racecourse and Moonee Ponds Junction. If you come in a car the freeway entrance is conveniently close by but you cannot hear the traffic from my apartment. Car parking spot available. 3 minute walk to tram stop (12 minute tram ride to University of Melbourne, 15 minute ride to Queen Victoria Market and a few more minutes onto the city centre), 15 minute walk to train station, 6.5km to CBD. Nice park close by with playground, outdoor swimming pool, lake, cafes etc. I have Myki cards for use during your stay. Please top up what you use. You must have a Myki card to travel on trains, trams and buses in Melbourne. Free wifi, free coffee. I have 2 cats. If you dislike cats or have an allergy please do not stay here.
