Ideal for two couples visiting the area together

A detached self contained annexed house with two d'ble bedrooms ,shower room , and large combined lounge/ diner ,and kitchen area. Own entrance .Tastefully appointed with reasonable style. Overlooks garden with a small terrace area. Driveway parking on site. The property is in a semi rural location about 3 miles from Bath and 2 miles from Bradford on Avon .. Access to both main towns is easy both by car and by bus . The bus stops are about 30 metres from the house (D1 bus every 30mins or so) Reviews Note All the reviews for this property can be found under its twinned listing as a 1 bed( 3 person) configuration.. The reviews are consistently 5 star and there are many of them . This is a two storey annex adjacent the main house. There is a large driveway area that serves both buildings. The entrance to the annex is down a flight of wide stone steps (circa 14 steps). The main door enters the combined lounge / diner/ kitchen area. The internal shower room is on the same level as the lounge/diner with an internal flight of oak stairs up to the two main double bedrooms. A spare single bed is sited under these stairs. This bed has no specific privacy but is suitable for the occasional use of a third person not requiring their own room. The kitchen area is equipped with a gas hob, electric oven, ceramic sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, and washing machine. Pots, pans, plates , and cutlery are provided The shower-room contains a wc, basin, bidet, and large 1500 shower, complete with head shower, shower hose, and body washers . The second double bedroom can be locked off on occasions , to reduce the size of the property available, so that the property reverts back to 3 person accommodation with only one double bedroom (see alternative listing for property ) This is a lovely part of the world . Its benefits from being close to both Bath and Bradford on Avon (and all they have to offer), yet is out in the countryside, with many lovely walks including along the Kennet and Avon canal and River Avon The Kennet and Avon Canal is located downhill nearby, with walks along the towpath to both Bath and Bradford on Avon. Cycling, including bike hire (located in Bradford on Avon ), along the tow path is extremely popular. Access is safe but the main door is down at the bottom of some wide, but not particularly steep, stone steps, which may prove problematic for the infirm. No television is provided .. Access keys will be available in a key safe at the bottom of the stone steps Please endeavour to vacate by latest 10.30am on leaving day.
