Walking distance to Dolphins Leagues Club which hosts local games as well as special sporting events and holiday events such as on Anzac Day, Melbourne Cup day etc. They also have live music at weekends. Lots of great eateries in and around Redcliffe. Fantastic Italians, great Thai, Greek restaurants, Japanese, Vietnamese, Mexican, Tex/Mex, superb fish and chips, American steak and burger joints and more. If you like to cook outside, there are free BBQs in all the main parks across the peninsula. Moreton Bay Boat Club is a great place for a casual drink overlooking the yachts. Next to the Boat Club is Morgan's Seafood Market where you can purchase the freshest, locally caught fish, prawns, crabs and Moreton Bay Bugs. Walking and cycling is well catered for, with a safe pedestrian/cyclist shared zone that follows the coast all the way from Clontarf, through Woody Point, past Margate, through the centre of Redcliffe and up to the top of Scarborough. North Lakes shopping precinct is quite impressive and a short distance to travel. There are a range of restaurants, a food hall, a wide variety of shops including IKEA and an Event cinema. 5 minute walk to Kippa-Ring train and bus station makes this the perfect location to access the entire Peninsula and/or Brisbane city. Close to both Redcliffle hospital and the local shopping precinct.
