Cottage with access to villa

Cottage on the estate to a villa in a quiet residential area. Shower and toilet with washing machines in the basement of the main building. The cottage is located 6 km from the city center that you reach by tram or bus in about 30 minutes including the walkway to the stop. The house is close to a beautiful oak forest. Self made breakfast or any other meal can be provided for 50 kr per person. 10 sqm cosy garden house with access to kitchen and shower in the main house. The house is located in a calm area at the end of the street close to the forrest. Nice surroundings for walking or running. The bed is a small size double bed, 140 cm wide. A small terrace with a roof in front of the cottage is now in place. Guest have fully access to the kitchen with equipment and the bathroom with shower, bath tub and laundry machines. Guest can also use the garden with furniture. I am working daytime during week and night during weekends but always reachable by phone or internet. Nature around the house, good for hiking and relaxing. Close to the harbour with nice front view cafes and restaurants. Nice beach promenade. Businesses and schools in a nice community. Free ferry to city center. The neighbourhood is located in a calm valley named Toredal. Houses around are villas build during the fourties and later. Its 15 minutes walking time to bus or tram which take you to the city, 6 km away, in 10 minutes. Free parking on the street except for wednesdays between 8-10 am. This time you can park in the garden. I have totally five rooms for rent. Don't be surprised to meet other people around, often from different parts of the world.
