The apartment has been recently renovated. It is located on the heart of Solduno, a quiet area just 1, 5 km from the center of Locarno. Nearby you can reach the bus stop, post office, ATM, migros, coop, and pharmacy within 5 minutes walk. in the solduno area there are several blue zone parking spaces, on request there are private parking spaces at 10.- fr per day. The flat is structured as follow: - long hallway - one small room with 2 beds - one large room with a double bed - bathroom - new kitchen - living room with a sofa bed (1) - balcony with view The entire apartment is fully furnished We will be available at any time to assist our guests with any questions or problem. Solduno is a small and very quiet town, which is only 10-15 minutes walk and 5 minutes by bus from the center of Locarno. Furthermore, from Solduno you can reach tourist destinations such as Ascona, Locarno, Vallemaggia or Valle Verzasca in a short drive or bus ride. Bus stop Solduno stazione all'arrivo verrà richiesta la tassa di soggiorno dell'importo di fr.3.25 a persona( dai 14 anni in su) a notte. nella zona di solduno ci sono diversi posteggi a zona blu, altrimenti ci sono dei posteggi privati a 10 fr al giorno. è assolutamente vietato fare rumore dopo le 22.00 l'appartamento è situato nel nucleo e bisogna rispettare le regole condominiali.
