TO NOTE - we are in tier 2 area (not tier 3). ENTIRE HOUSE..... Welcome to our newly converted Coach House. Contemporary style - 3 bed property with views across Cheshire. A haven for that 'Away from it All' feeling. country pub (The Swan with Two Nicks) on the doorstep. The house is surrounded by farmland, fields, rivers and canals, and private garden facing the endless views. Open plan kitchen and huge living space. Two bathrooms. Parking. wifi. Good dogs welcome at extra cost. Contemporary in style, open plan downstairs with Kitchen (includes Island), dining area and chillout sofa and TV space. upstairs comprises of 3 double bedrooms with original coach house beams and 2 bathrooms. The garden is fully enclosed and private. We live in a very dog friendly location (walks & pubs etc) well behaved dog is very welcome but will be charged extra 5gbp per night per dog or 30gbp per dog per week. This house is situated in Little Bollington with a beautiful country pub (The Swan with Two Nicks) on the doorstep. It is the ideal area for walking/cycling/running with Dunham Massey right outside the front door and Tatton Park, Lyme Park, Tabley house and Arley Hall very very short drives away. This IS the perfect place, without having to travel far from Manchester Airport, or the motorway networks of the M6 and M56. A stunning retreat with the bonus of only a 10-minute drive into the artisan towns of both Knutsford and Altrincham, the hustle of Hale and all its restaurants and bars or the historical village of Lymm and the chocolate box village of Rostherne. The Historic walled city of Chester is only 30 minutes’ drive. The bustling centre of Manchester, Old Trafford and the outlet shopping of Cheshire Oaks are just 25 minute drive. The centre of the Peak District (Edale, Buxton etc) is only 40 minutes away with iconic walks. Windemere and the Lake District is 1 hour and 15 minutes away with access to Coniston, Grasmere etc.- The Property: The Coach House, Park Lane, Little Bollington, WA14 4TH Surrounded but farmland, fields and rivers, The Coach House is a fabulous 3 double bedroomed detached property with a huge open plan living space and garden (fully enclosed & private with BBQ) facing the endless view across Cheshire. The open plan kitchen (with island) is fully equipped with all the essentials you may need. We also have a utility room with washer & dryer and downstairs toilet. Two bathrooms. Plenty of parking. Freeview, DVD’s and of course Wifi. An amazing, away from it all space in the heart of the Cheshire countryside whilst being just a 15 minute drive from Manchester airport and 10 minutes from the M56 and M6 motorway network Guest access Guests will have the property to themselves but if any help is needed or queries come up then we can be contacted via telephone. 2 night minimum. Other things to note The Coach House has 3 double bedrooms and sleeps 6 guests. Dogs will be charged extra No toilet wipes, nappies, Sanitary Towels etc to be flushed down the toilets. This is due to the septic tank system. Any guests that block the toilets up by using these prohibited items, may well be charged an additional fee to call out a professional. During your stay - we are available if guests need us for any reason or issues. Please note that we do charge extra for dogs - 30gbp per week per dog or 5gbp per dog per night. one small ask....please respect our house and read the brief booklet which is at hand in the house. we look forward to welcoming you and ensuring you have a fantastic stay and here to help you make the most of your visit.
