It's a room with window garden and more light in the evenings. 2 futons for sleeping, DVD, vinyl player, sitting bag, bedside tables; wifi. Also some small kitchenette: kettle, microwave, mini fridge, toaster, egg fryer; tea/coffee, cookies. Please check the plan of a flat in the photos and see, what amenities would be accessible for you: toilet/shower any time without crossing my room. No access to the kitchen though. I prefer people interested in psychology. Room isn't suitable for migration! Flat is 5min walking from the retail park with cinema, gym (with a pool and sauna); McDonalds and other restaurants for affordable take away; Tesco, M&S stores and similar. 30min walk until unique Kelpies park. Quite near to the city centre, also you can use buses to roam around. We also have extraordinary garden in the backyard, please check it out. Your room is filled with greenery, so sleep must be good and refreshing. Flat is bit chilly although heating is in place and during summer time you can use a standing fan for more comfy nights. If you need a lift from/to the train/bus station or so, let me know. Updates: during the (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) winter lockdown I got 2 rat pets because it was too long too lonely. They live in the cage in my room and are harmless but they have specific smell that might reach the hall sometimes, nothing too notable. Your room is strictly only for you. Entrance and shower-room - those are shared areas, please, let's be respectful in those. I would appreciate using only those: towels, shampoos and stuff that are set specially for guests for simple hygiene and ethics too. Also I need to mention the room is bit tight for 3 people for longer time. My room and kitchen is my space and I really appreciate my privacy. You can use kitchen, if extremely needed or if we would arrange some bigger cooking together. Also, I am ok with you using the kitchen, when I am away and I always inform you, when I'm out. Although! I'm not putting you into surviving situation without kitchen. Look around and you'll find amenities you need: kettle, microwave, toaster, small fridge, small oven/grill, egg fryer; all dishes: plates, cups, cutlery. You have coffee, tea, cookies, sugar, salt, pepper, some lollies for better throat. Rubbish bin for food waste and general waste bin. You can use shower room's sink for water, small dish drainer - there as well. And! Couple of baking trays with some table to prepare on are on the way... These things need some timing and planning. And if that isn't your thing, I'm glad you're aware of that and will find more suitable shelter in Falkirk. You can reach Kelpies in ~20-30min walk. Falkirk Wheel is bit more further. Tesco Supermarket is 7min away, so pretty much, everything is near and we have a tidy, nice backyard garden with sculptures and so that is well maintain by one very nice neighbour, so not everyone is lost here :) Also you can ask me for some bbq tools and table, if you want to go out in the garden to cook some burgers. You can go to retail park for shopping and eating out. There are Tesco, M&S supermarkets There are Mc'Donalds, Nandoos, Frenkies & Benies, Pizza Hut restaurants. There are Dunelm, Argos, Boots, Curries and other shops here as well as Cinema world entertaining building. You can easily reach Grahamston tran station and Grahamston bus stop.
