Fantastic home in the mountains

Casa Luna is situated in the center of the village Benedello with a spectacular mountain view. 50 km from Bologna and Modena. There is a large living room with a balcony, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedroom. There is also a nice garden with a sunddeck. Casa Luna is a private Holiday home over 3 floors. There is a spectacular view from all the rooms and the balcony. It is a completely restored antique building. Due to very thick stone walls the house is cool during the summertime and easy to keep warm during the winther. There is a Central heating system and a fireplace as well. There is a large livingroom, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. Casa Luna is a complete Holiday Home. As a guest you can use the whole house as your very own home. The balcony is private but the garden with the sundeck is shared with 3 other appartments. Right next to the house you have a large public park with beautiful play grounds and recreational areas. The appartments/houses next door are Holiday Homes as well. More often than not - you will be the only guests there. We will not be in Italy ourselves during your stay. The area is a beautiful mountain area with clean nice air and no other tourist in sight. It is an absolute perfect area for hiking, cycling, and enjoying Italian gourmet kitchen. There are lots of activities near by. A large swimmingpool area, shopping, food market, festivals etc. in the nearby larger village Pavullo. There is also a larger parking area right next to the public park a few meters away. Casa Luna is in a small village - so you will need to have your own car during your stay there.
