A 2 bedroom semi detached property which has stairs to the 2 double bedrooms and bathroom, the ground floor has a spacious lounge and off this is the kitchen area which has a washing machine, use charging port switch, cooker, oven, microwave, sports nutritional blender, kettle pots pans and all your requirements from drinking a cuppa to cooking breakfast. The dining room seats 4 guests. A lovely spacious garden front and back with a driveway for you to park your car. You will have full access of this home during your stay and free use of the driveway. The side entrance is usually used to gain access on arrival and the garden private for use to all guests too during their stay. please note.... the Garden is open plan so any pets staying please be aware of this. 1 pet per stay I will be available for anything that you need help with, if your stay is longer than 2 days, I shall ensure you have spare towels and bedding in the property. Bus stops with no.60a B10 and 15 are easy access and Ambassador Cabs are 5 minute walk away. Walking distance from Clober golf course and many more locally, 5 minutes walk from west highland way and perfect location a 25 minute train journey to Glasgiw city centre. Direct trains run from milngavie to Edinburgh also around 1 hour 25 mins. Mugdock country park is local and the local village offer shopping arts sports and events which is all walking distance around 5 to 10 minutes.
