With a coastline for miles, you can soak up the sun and swim to your heart's content. Main Beach has lifesavers on duty on most weekends and during public holidays as well as school holidays. Wild side is a wonderful alternative should you wish for a quieter experience. A “surf school” can provide some surf-lessons as well as provide opportunity to rent a “stand up paddle board”.
