Large and airy room in a beautiful location

Charming and very spacious room with private balcony in a beautiful and sunny location . We offer guests a private bedroom (with a lock on the door) with a Queen sized bed (160cm x 200cm), large desk with a chair, a large closet and drawers and a comfortable sofa. Residential yet well connected to the city and has local swimming pools, river and hiking trails. The balcony overlooks the garden and there is a large tree with plenty of nesting birds in front which can be quite relaxing to observe if you like. Guests are welcome to smoke and sit outside and enjoy the view. With a well equipped Kitchen and spacious rooms, we are sure that you will feel at home here. Guests have full access to the kitchen, common living areas and the bathroom plus WC. There is a washing machine in the basement for guests' use. Availability: I live here and will be here during your stay. There are also two other tenants. During days when we are at work or school, guests are required to do self check in and check out. Guest access: Room, bathrooms, kitchen and living room Guest access: Guests can access Wi-Fi, as well as the washing machine, the iron and the ironing board. The kitchen is available for preparing your own meals or to microwave food and the fridge can be used to store food. We have two so there is plenty of space. The kettle can be used to make tea and instant coffee which we provide. The apartment has a bus stop 2 minutes walk away, with easy and quick connections into Zurich Main Station (30 minutes) and city of Zurich. The closest train stations are Altstetten or Scheilren, easily accessible by bus. There is public swimming pool and jogging track nestled in a valley of orchards and vineyards within 15 min. walk. Also the Limmat river and serene walking trails are within a 5 min walk as well. The closest train stations are Altstetten or Scheilren, easily accessible by bus. Additional Rules 1. No Smoking indoors. You can smoke on either balcony or garden. Please don't litter the buds on the ground. 2. Always tidy up /wash up after cooking/eating. Also please tidy up after using the washroom 3. Please do not leave any water/wet things on wooden floor, surfaces and table as this can ruin the surface. 4. Quiet time is after 10pm, please be considerate of fellow guests and neighbours
