Design and charming house, panoramic seaview, availability of external relax area. The house is brand new, complete of all the comforts and technologies. It's possible to consider the availability of two further sleeping accomodations in sofa bed (to be agreed). Perfect for who travel with its own car or motorcycle. By the open space living room it's possible to enjoy a view of the whole gulf of La Spezia through the two large sliding windows. Your bedroom is complete of air conditioner and a storage available for your wears. The guests can use all the internal and external areas excluding the room of my daughter. This room will be occupied by me or close to preserve personal effects. If possible I'm glad to spend time with my guests. It's possible to reserve also home made italian dinner (30€ person) and ask the host to organize activities during your stay. Carozzo is one of the most quoted areas of the gulf thanks to its sunny exposition, the dry and fresh air, the quiet, but moreover with one of the best seaview landscapes of the zone. Bus stop near the house. Car/moto parking in private area. Possible to agree transport from/to train station both economic or official Rent with driver. The location remains suggested for whom are travelling with own car or motorcycle. My house is equipped with domotic systems, therefore in case of my absence at the moment of check-out we can have a phone contact and I'll close the accessess by remote with smartphone. The house is fitted with handmade furnitures, the ones with price tag are available to be bought by the guests. A small cat lives with me.
