Modern and spacious guest suite, central Warkworth

Modern, spacious and private section of our home. You will have your own entrance and the suite is not shared by anyone else. Accommodation is a queen bedroom with ensuite and a 2nd single bedroom is available which is convenient for a group of 2 or 3. You will have your own lounge/relaxing area with TV, facilities for making tea and coffee and a microwave. Please read ‘other things to note’ re what is provided. There is also a covered outdoor sitting area and use of the spa pool. As hosts, we are fully Covid-19 vaccinated. Modern, spacious, single level home in a quiet location. We enjoy meeting people from around the globe and of course from within our own NZ. I am happy to make suggestions to assist you in planning your Warkworth stay, however I respect a guests choice for privacy and independence if required. Our location makes it possible to walk to the town, the historic cement works and Parry Kauri Park. A car would be required to fully explore the stunning beaches, wineries, Kawau Island and renown Matakana market. Inter-city buses stop in Warkworth and there is an Auckland Metro bus service for local areas and to Auckland. There is a fridge available for your use but no kitchen facilities. Kettle and teas/coffee, cutlery and plates are provided as is a microwave. Breakfast is not provided.
